Allstate insurance company has teamed up with More Health, Inc., in sponsoring a group of Hillsborough County teenagers who will be conducting an experiment. The experiment consists of the students standing in a lifeguard–type tower and observing traffic at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and N Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, and tallying distracted drivers on a whiteboard. Tampa was selected because, according to recently published data, Allstate considers Tampa the most deadly city for teen drivers.
