Pedestrian Hit on Front Steps | Pedestrian Injury Lawyer | Clearwater

In an article published by the St. Pete Times, Brian Fitzsimons was sitting on his front porch around 1:30 A.M. in Clearwater when he was suddenly struck by a car that was stolen and suffered serious non-life threatening injuries. It has been said that three men in their early 20s fled the 1996 white, two-door Thunderbird when it veered off the roadway at 1389 S. Madison Ave., striking a mailbox, Fitzsimons, then his house. The police are still looking for the suspects that struck this pedestrian.
