Jason A. Kent, 28, of St. Petersburg, was riding his 2000 Victory motorcycle on the Howard Franklin Bridge around 4 p.m. when he changed lanes, striking a flat bed of a truck hauling a sport utility vehicle. Kent was thrown from his motorcycle and was hit by a recreational vehicle driven by Luann Borrison, 54, of Iowa. She was not harmed in the accident, Kent died at the scene. The Florida Highway patrol is still looking for the vehicle that Kent struck. Any information about this accident should be reported to the Florida Highway Patrol at (813) 631-4020.
