Two years later the dog bit a man allegedly trespassing on his property. Apparently, the owner of the pit bull had seen the other man repeatedly crossing his yard to get to a neighbors house. Suddenly the dog ran out of the house and repeatedly bit the alleged trespasser. As can be predicted the story has achieved substantial interest. The dog has been taken into custody and the owner is fighting to prevent it being put down. Further, the alleged trespasser is suing for damages. Do you think the suit should be successful?
